About: A/Prof Gregorevic is Head of the Laboratory for Muscle Research and Therapeutics, and Deputy Director of the Centre for Muscle Research, in the Department of Physiology, within the School of Biomedical Sciences. His research employs gene delivery technologies and skeletal muscle as a model system to:

a) investigate mechanisms underlying the regulation of cell growth and adaptation in health and disease

b) evaluate muscle-directed interventions for frailty associated with illness, injury, and ageing.
