Tim runs Brookes Home Office, a private family office providing capital and strategic advisory across M&A, private equity, venture, and special situations. He also holds CEO and board roles across financial services, technology, and healthcare.
Tim’s career has been built in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, and M&A. He has worked at Ashurst, EY, and Westpac Group, where he spent a decade leading M&A, VC and PE. He has completed $50bn+ in transactions across his career, including a recent $21bn+ financial services transaction.
He holds an MBA, a GradDip (Engineering, Business & Law), and is currently completing a Diploma of AI.
