Why are you completing The Squat Challenge?
Strength is never a weakness. If I ever have an opportunity to help others with my knowledge and experience then I am game for the challenge.
Tell us a little bit about yourself?
Hey my name is Joe – I’m 31 and have been a trainer for 5 years and have trained people in 3 different countries. I love travelling, dogs and cooking. I watch Scrubs pretty much on a 8 series cycle. I got into weight training for health reasons going from 127kgs at my heaviest down to a svelte 92kgs.

Personal Trainer with a focus on strength training.
What’s your favourite squat exercise and why?
Front squat – it’s a very under-utilised variation and really challenges the entire body.
